My heart says we have the slightest of chances if we can get 6 points in the next two games. My head says i'm an idiot & we were effectively relegated 4 weeks ago.

I was just commenting on the unfair nature of business in non-league, meaning that second from bottom could see us stay up regardless.

Blackfield and Langley can't stay in the league they don't meet ground regulations so that frees up 1 space

Apologies wasn’t having a go I just don’t want us to hide behind the fact that we have been nowhere near good enough. If we stay up because other grounds are not good enough this still has to be a line in the sand moment.

Blackfield and Langley can't stay in the league they don't meet ground regulations so that frees up 1 space The norm is that a club taking promotion has till March 31 the year following their promotion to meet the ground grading requirements. They clearly had met the requirements to meet Grade D so would have to ( if they didn’t already meet the standards), by 31/3/2020 , tweak their facilities to meet Grade C. In truth the difference between C&D isn’t that great. For instance an extra turnstile and a slightly higher number of press seats the main difference is more about capacity and then by not that great a number Having seen their ground it really shouldn’t house a SL team but it does so my question would be is the failure to meet the required standard documented or is it just a rumour ?

Well I have heard it from a number of people so just rumours at the moment

nonleaguedaily.com/back-to-back-success-for-blackfield-and-langley/I have no idea one way or the other but this article published following their promotion from SL Div South suggests that the ground improvements were (or by now) have been carried out. Irrespective I wouldn’t just be looking at the Southern League in isolation you need to factor in what’s going on in other leagues and as the chart shows clubs will possibly be moving from the Ryman League into the Southern League.

In all honesty, no.
I really don’t feel the club is being managed adequately from the top down.
Overall, new management haven’t impressed, actually they’ve done a terrible job all things considered. And the training thing is a massive cop out to make light of the managers job at sky.
All in all, next two games are crucial. If we win both we’ve got a slim chance.
If not it’s over.

I don’t remember you piping up at the forum on Tuesday. Easier behind a screen hey? In regards to training, it’s not something I tend to agree with myself however he’s got to manage as he sees fit as he will ultimately be judged. He gave his response on Tuesday and his reasoning behind it and time will tell. UTM

I’m guessing you’re quite insecure but that’s ok. I’m just stating that I don’t believe dropping the frequency of training, in addition to what we’ve seen come match day, has been all that great so far. I’m sure you piped up at the forum for us all though with some valid opinions.
