What were people’s thoughts after today’s game? Personally I was hoping for a bit more from the side but didn’t see much. Yes we are a developing side & yes the WSM side has been together longer but still. In the 2nd half especially I felt we lacked intensity & I see what people mean about a creative spark. Besides Blair the top 3rd didn’t offer much for me.
Oh & as usual the ref was pony!!

Thought they were good and well organised. We did not manage the game well when we were in front and needed someone to hold onto the ball more. They will be near the top in my opinion. As for the ref have the rules been relaxed this year as he seemed not to book players for ones that were stonewall last year? If so I am all for that. On to Christchurch if we can get in!!

Totally agree. Last season I moaned (strangely) that we seemed weak in the centre of midfield and again it looked the same. I like Billy & Franklyn but we lack something. We also seem to only have width on one side. Sa had the ball on occasion in the second half and had no forward pass. Blair does it but no one else seems to.

To be fair the GK is clearly going to be a class GK but in all honesty the 1st goal was clearly his mistake and the next two were from crosses / corners into the 6 yd box you’ ed expect your GK to command those situations, that said WSM looked a good side and would expect to be up near the top / play offs, sure Dorch did not play that well and were guilty of giving the ball away a lot making it a lot harder to get creative players on the ball at the right time, hence the ball comes straight back for more defending to be done, I believe once they sort that issue out, results will come, stick with the team, Leigh and Robbie are not daft they will sort it!

Obvious to all that were at the game the turning point was the catastrophic mistake that led to the turning point of the game up till then the defence looked more assured than in the past. As posted above will buse (18 ) is a very good keeper a learning curve of a mistake or two will only man him up for what I Beleive and many others at the club will be a top keeper.. The season is a marathon not a sprint and I’m sure will buse will atone for his mistake over the duration of 2020/2021. ( Covid 19 ) allows football to carry on.looking forward to Christchurch ( tues ) onwards and upwards u t m

Nothing much changes, still relegation fodder. . Reading comment on the match report these contents or remarks are in context with rodwellocal. Nige. Does the sarcasm run in your family comment found in the Dorset echo sport ?
