Trev as caretaker and Heath to remain as coach.

Work commitments eh?! Okay.
There's something all a bit Serie A about us losing managers following a derby defeat and in a bizarre way I quite like it.
Cant quite understand how a manager who did so well with Weston - constantly - can turn out to be so chaotic and clueless with us, but somethings just don't work out I guess. Pity, as I was really quite excited when he joined. It sounds like he lost the dressing room quite early on, so hopefully we'll see a bit of a galvanising effect... just in time for the FA Cup.

I guess this was inevitable.
It'll be interesting to see what happens now. Time for a Mark Morris return?

Just a quick thought, how long after the new guy comes in & Walks returns? I foresee a Boxing Day return, no info or knowledge just throwing ideas around.

I keep hearing about his record at Weston, i believe at the time there was quite a bit of money in the club and he also had very good contacts at one of the Bristol Clubs (Rovers ?) bringing in young players although of course i maybe totally wrong. but can only find the results from when he was at Yate & Bridgewater, His record at both clubs would seem to point to what we had coming. At the end of the day just think he was out of his depth in this league bit like Kempy they could do the talk if you listened to them their plans sounded really good for the club but its a results business at the end of the day and the results just were not good enough. Having said that above, i would like to go on record and Thank Craig for all the help he gave me. whenever i asked for a picture of something it never seemed to much trouble even if time was pushed. Also a Thank You for the chat and praise for my pictures. As for the new manager no doubt all the rumour mills will go into melt down with names but we will just have to trust the Club taking their time and getting this one right. It will be interesting to see who/what formation is played before the new boss comes in and if the squads form improves.

I think Craig brought in some good young talent, the guys that Trev brought in from portland; that are not good enough shows he should not get the job. maybe with a little more time Craig could have got the lads too gel. we have games coming up we should win, think Craig made a mistake letting the portland lads come over, and too play them was a bigger one. we have or had B.LOWES O.GRIGGS. N.MARTIN. DPD. D JERRARD. Why on earth would you bring .. too the club and pay them such as J.BEASLEY. ED. BASTICK. And a couple of others who are just not good enough. Trev should have place at our club, but not as manager, not even for a short time.

Birdman, Very harsh on the Portland players, especially since Bastick has only played 20 minutes or so due to injury.

Just had a read of Laird's comments in the match day programme against Weymouth - ironically now his last.
It takes a decent sort of man to openly apologise in such a way to fans and directors so I say fair play to him for that & wish him well in future endeavours.

He seemed like a good bloke in fairness so I wish him him well for the future. Seems to show more class than certain other failed managers we've had in the past few years.

Steven, not meaning too sound harsh, but lets face facts there not good enough, when we have Griggs, JARRARD , LOWES. And too let DPD go is a joke. i just want the best for the club i love mate.
