How we lost this I have no idea!!! Even Basingstoke fans don't know how they won. Actually that not true I do know, again we gave away stupid fouls in silly positions & get punished. Also not taking our chances is hurting. Honestly first half we were the only team in it.

The second half saw Dorchester collapse after a first half where we created some really good chances.
The substitution taking Lewis Morgan off was baffling, it left the defence really exposed, especially once they went to a back three. You also had Smeeton shouting at the bench asking where his position was when we changed formation/system. My feeling is that the bench panicked and changed the system when going behind instead of leaving the team as it was where it was nicely balanced in the first half.
I do wonder if Jem's time is coming to an end. The budget he is working under is challenging but it probably could have been used better but the tactics and coaching seem poor. Maybe all Jem needs is a good assistant manager he can learn from as after all this is his first job in management and this is key if he decides to keep playing.

Thought we actually played well first half and should have been at least two up before Lewis gave the free kick away from which they scored. How about we play a striker up front rather than a centre back? Can't deny Nathan's passion and desire but he's no centre forward.

With regards to the management team, I struggle to see what Critts brings? Looking at the bench during games, Heath is the one who seems to be talking to the subs before they come on while Critts just seems to stand there while Heath does the work. Heath hardly has the best record either after being apart of 2 failed Dorch teams and now possibly a third.
