This is scandalous how many we are conceding. We gain a marvellous win Monday maybe we had turned the corner nope the Laird "philosophy" concede as many as possible. This cannot continue these have won once in 13.

They had scored 5 in there previous 10 games. Today 4 in 45 minutes against ourselves. It's shambolic it's damn right disgrace! This cannot continue either sort it Craig or go.

Not sure how you can describe the awful individual errors on all the goals. Nothing to do with coaching from the manager or tactics, just simply basic defensive duties not being carried out as you would expect.

Work on patterns shape transitions in play various bits and peices. Granted we had a busy period but to me that's even more important I'm not saying beast them but with 2 games a week that's 1 training session only 2 hours or so. Time is precious I would have thought as we have plenty to work on like the above.

They are basic schoolboy errors and aren't down to coaching or tactics. At this level, you don't need to tell a defender to stand goal side. You don't need to tell a defender to pick up a man at a corner. The manager may have his faults but you can't blame him for players making such basic mistakes and not doing what they are paid to do.

Fair point about the goals, they were all sloppy and nothing to do with tactics but what I don't get is why the manager made three changes from Monday. With the exception of Nathan who was unavailable, why tinker a team so heavily, that put in such a solid performance? Hitchin are a far better side than Redditch and we had far more possession and attempts on goal Saturday than we did on Monday, but the defending in the first half was criminal. Redditch only had 4 attempts all half which resulted in goals, but as we know, that's the only statistic that matters. The loss of Nath was very noticeable, hopefully he'll be back tomorrow and we give in the same gritty display we showed at Hitchin.

If this was a one of a freak result I'd tend to agree with you but this runs far deeper than Saturday. This is a common theme under Craig infacat it's a common occurrence. I broke down his stats last week there worse now conceding even more a game on average. Under his leadership we have conceded 3 or more in over half his games. So Craig is responsible fully. I'm going to stick up for the players he's contradicted himself on numerous occasions in regard to them and various comments about effort / commitment. Still no assistant 11 weeks to find one. Lose tomorrow perhaps do him the favour of not bothering to find one and tell him where to go! The stats are too alarming to ignore.
